TableLayout внутри ScrollView - ряды таблицы уходят вверх

Здравствуйте.
Не получается сделать нормальную прокрутку рядов таблицы. При герерации 100 рядов полоса прокртки охватывает от 39 до 99 ряда. Прошу помочь
