Виджет не работает на версии 4.0 и 4.1

Добрый день дорогие товарищи!
Написал для своего устройства версии 2.3 виджет https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... prs_widget
Все работает как задумал, но на версиях 4.0 и 4.1 после установки люди не могут его найти.
Вот код самого класса виджета
