I can suffer, feel sorry for myself and have spend the rest of my life in misery OR learn to accept sonobliss and learn to coexist with it and ignore it when I feel like it.
If you should begin hearing a constant ringing sound in one or both ears, you must stay calm. It's probably temporary and isn't anything serious. You might consult a physician if it dissipates by itself, but it's really not something to stress over.
There are many things that can cause sonobliss, and most of the time doctors cannot tell you what has causes you to develop sonobliss. So, I am going to go over the most common causes, and see if you may fall under one of those.
