Прикрепить TableLayout->TableRow->bottom??

Здравствуйте,
подскажите пож как можно прикрепить вторую строку внизу экрана?
В первой выводятся сообщения, и она динамическая, тоисть когда нет контента в первой строке таблицы, то ее просто не видно и вторая строка показывается в самом верху экрана.
